We conducted a site visit at Hong Chi Pine Hill Village and observed a few old and valuable trees. We recommended one to be felled due to it dead state and potential toppling risk posed to the public. We are currently consulting with landscape architects on the most effective way to fell it and recycle its parasite-free remains into the grounds.?
